Customers should notify Indra Inc. of known conditions that may affect the safety or performance of the requested services, including:
- Underground utilities or other hidden hazards
- Irrigation systems
- Electrical equipment
- Drainage systems
- Pet-related concerns
- Property restrictions
- Areas that should not be accessed
- Other known hazards or special conditions
Customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, vehicles, personal property, and other items away from active work areas when reasonably necessary for safety.
5. Property Conditions
Indra Inc. will make reasonable efforts to perform services in a professional manner. However, existing property conditions may affect the results of services.
Indra Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, improperly installed systems, underground obstacles, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
6. Pricing and Payment
Customers agree to pay the amounts stated on applicable estimates, proposals, service agreements, invoices, or other written agreements.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service provided and the applicable customer agreement.
